Privacy Policy

Sankofa Commerce is operated by SC Retail solutions LTD, public business address GE-115-1787. This notice covers the business homepage and callback requests. Customer product enquiries have a separate customer privacy notice at /privacy-policy.

Information we collect

For callback requests, we collect your business name, your name, phone number, business location and employee range. Consumer order pages may collect a name, phone number, delivery location, and order details. Technical anti-spam information may also be processed.

How we use it

We use callback information to respond, assess service fit, protect the form from misuse and keep an operational record. Consumer details are used to process orders and arrange contact or delivery. Submitting a callback request does not create an account, approve a partnership or accept a sales contract.

Who can access it

Authorised Sankofa Commerce staff may review callback and order records. Anonymous visitors cannot list enquiry records, and partners are restricted to their own authorised records. The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for data storage. Private internal email alerts may contain the submitted details for follow-up and use the configured email service provider. Notification failure does not discard a saved request.

Advertising and analytics

This homepage does not initiate the Meta advertising pixel. Existing customer product pages retain their campaign measurement described in the customer privacy notice. A pixel already loaded on another page during the same browser visit is not unloaded by navigating here.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of information you submitted and raise privacy concerns with SC Retail solutions LTD. Identity is verified before personal information is disclosed or changed. Submitting a sales enquiry is not required to raise a privacy concern.

Operational records

We keep information for callback handling and the related operational record. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline. Technical protection uses hashed client identifiers and submission identifiers to prevent abuse and duplicate requests.
